• Export to JSON, CSV, and Excel formats
• API access for programmatic extraction
• 99% accuracy with AWS Textract and GPT-4 Vision
• PCI DSS compliant card data handling
• Credit-based and subscription pricing models

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy
• We use AI and machine learning to improve categorization
• You retain ownership of your financial data
• We implement industry-standard security measures

6. Third-Party Services

Our Services integrate with third-party services including:

• Plaid: For bank account connections (subject to Plaid's terms)
• SendGrid: For email receipt processing
• OpenAI/Anthropic: For AI-powered features
• Clerk: For authentication services

7. Fees and Payment

Fiscura Subscriptions

• Free trial period may be available for new users
• Subscription fees are billed in advance
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

• Credit Packages: One-time purchases for extraction credits (5-750 credits)
• Monthly Subscriptions: Recurring plans with monthly extraction quotas
• API Access: Requires active credits or subscription
• No Free Tier: Account Code (API key) required for all usage

General Payment Terms

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• You're responsible for any applicable taxes
• Multi-currency support (USD and CAD)
• Payments processed securely via Stripe

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by Fiscura Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIM:

• The accuracy of AI-generated categorizations or tax advice
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• The completeness of financial analysis
• Fitness for any particular purpose

Important: Fiscura is not a substitute for professional accounting or tax advice. Always consult with qualified professionals for important financial decisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FISCURA INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fiscura Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion for any reason

Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
